1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using GoalCannon, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. GoalCannon's purpose

GoalCannon provides tools intended to support intentional habits, focus, and wellbeing. It is for general informational and self-reflection purposes only. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, or other professional advice, and it is not a replacement for qualified support.

If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your password confidential, and for activity carried out through your account. GoalCannon is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, use GoalCannon only with a parent or guardian's involvement and permission.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse GoalCannon, interfere with its security or availability, attempt to access another person's account or data, submit unlawful or harmful material, use automated tools to create accounts or overload the service, or violate applicable law.

5. Your content and feedback

You remain responsible for information and feedback you submit. You allow us to store and process it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve GoalCannon. Please do not submit sensitive information you do not want stored.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We aim to keep GoalCannon available and secure, but cannot guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

7. Ending access

You may stop using GoalCannon at any time. We may suspend or end access if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or if it is necessary to protect users, GoalCannon, or the service. For a data-deletion request, email goalcannon@gmail.com.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoalCannon is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as GoalCannon develops or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
